Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years in healthcare deployment, credentialing, compliance, or staffing ops.
• 2–3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing and deployment.
• Familiarity with U.S. licensing, credentialing, immigration, and overseas deployment regs.
• Proven QA, internal audits, and process improvement experience.
• Experience coordinating with international clients and regulators.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and deployment tracking systems.
