The Healthcare Deployment Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end deployment of healthcare professionals, particularly Nurses and Physical Therapists, for international placements. This role ensures that candidates successfully complete all credentialing, licensing, documentation, immigration, and pre-deployment requirements while maintaining coordination with clients, candidates, recruitment teams, and external agencies.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of Nurses, Physical Therapists, and other healthcare professionals for international placement.
Manage credentialing, licensing, documentation, immigration, visa processing, and pre-deployment requirements.
Coordinate with Recruitment, Credentialing, clients, and external agencies to ensure timely and smooth deployment.
Monitor candidate progress, address deployment delays, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate deployment records, trackers, and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Supervise and support the deployment team, streamline processes, and ensure efficient execution of deployment operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare deployment, international recruitment, credentialing, or immigration.
3-5 years managerial or supervisory experience.
Experience handling the deployment of Nurses and Physical Therapists, preferably to the US.
Knowledge of healthcare licensing, credentialing, visa processing, immigration, and international deployment requirements.
Proven experience in team leadership, project coordination, and candidate management.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and deployment tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple candidates, meet deadlines, and coordinate with international clients and stakeholders.
