Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. in Manila seeks a Healthcare Deployment Lead to manage end-to-end deployment of Nurses and Physical Therapists for international placements. You will oversee credentialing, licensing, documentation, immigration, and pre-deployment activities while coordinating with clients, recruitment teams, and external agencies.

You will monitor progress, tackle delays, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain deployment records and reports for timely, compliant executions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in healthcare deployment, international recruitment, credentialing, or immigration.
• 3–5 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience deploying Nurses and Physical Therapists, preferably to the US.
• Knowledge of licensing, credentialing, visa processing, immigration and deployment requirements.
• Proven leadership, project coordination, and candidate management.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and deployment tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of Nurses, Physical Therapists, and other healthcare professionals for international placement.
• Manage credentialing, licensing, documentation, immigration, visa processing, and pre-deployment requirements.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Credentialing, clients, and external agencies to ensure timely deployment.
• Monitor candidate progress, address deployment delays, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, trackers, and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Supervise and support the deployment team, streamline processes, and ensure efficient execution of deployment operations.
