Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design and optimize data pipelines using dbt within a Snowflake environment. You will build interactive dashboards and semantic data models across BI tools and work with Salesforce and NetSuite data.

You will partner with US Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership to define KPIs, implement data quality checks, and document architecture for scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, CS, IS, Finance, etc.).
• 3+ years with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses and SQL optimization.
• Proficiency with dbt for data modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Experience building semantic layers and visualizations in modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience modeling schemas from CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for presenting to US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize dbt pipelines in a Snowflake data warehouse.
• Develop scalable, interactive dashboards and semantic data models in BI tools.
• Extract, clean, model, and analyze data from CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite).
• Collaborate with US Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership to define KPIs and requirements.
• Implement automated data quality checks and maintain dbt documentation.
• Document data architecture, model logic, and audit findings for scalable reporting.
