Job summary

Premier BPO Inc. is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with a healthcare background to translate complex healthcare data into secure, interactive dashboards for clients and internal teams.

The role covers data modeling, ETL, security (RLS), and dashboards in Power BI Service, with emphasis on data quality, governance, and scalable visualizations. You will collaborate across stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare, healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, healthcare operations, or healthcare reporting environment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with healthcare clients and internal teams to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate healthcare business requirements into effective data models, dashboards, and visualization solutions.
• Understand healthcare data elements and reporting requirements to ensure dashboards provide relevant and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
