Job summary
CF Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced BI Manager to lead the development and delivery of data-driven solutions across Clinical Services, Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle and more. You will oversee BI reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data warehouse initiatives, transforming healthcare data into actionable insights using Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Excel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or Finance or equivalent.
- 7+ years in BI reporting and analytics.
- 3+ years as a functional manager leading 2-5 staff.
- Strong skills in Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data modeling, dashboards, and data warehouses.
- Certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and delivery of reports and dashboards.
- Oversee BI reporting solutions using Tableau and related systems.
- Collaborate with executives to align objectives and KPIs.
- Gather business requirements and define performance metrics.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with data insights.
- Develop business cases for new investments.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Build interactive reports and ensure real-time access.
- Lead data warehouse initiatives and data standardization.
