Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to build data pipelines, model enterprise data, and deliver executive BI solutions for a US healthcare staffing client. The role emphasizes dbt, Snowflake, and advanced SQL across CRM/ERP data sources with modern BI dashboards.

You will collaborate with US-based stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver self-service analytics while ensuring data quality and a single source of truth across metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data analytics, CS, information systems or finance.
• 3+ years with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, writing optimized SQL and tuning queries.
• Proficient with dbt for modeling, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize robust data transformation pipelines using dbt within a Snowflake data warehouse.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, interactive dashboards and semantic data models in BI tools (Domo, Omni, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Extract, clean, model, and analyze datasets from cloud apps, mainly Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Collaborate with US Sales, Finance, Operations, and executives to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver self-service analytics.
• Implement automated data quality checks, maintain dbt documentation, and ensure a single source of truth across core metrics.
• Document data architecture, model logic, and audit findings to support scalable reporting.

Job description

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports a US healthcare staffing and workforce solutions client by building data transformation pipelines, modeling complex enterprise data, and delivering executive-level business intelligence solutions.

We welcome specialists from Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Reporting backgrounds who have strong dbt, Snowflake, and advanced SQL skills and experience modeling enterprise data, building semantic layers, and creating interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize robust data transformation pipelines using dbt within a Snowflake data warehouse environment.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, interactive dashboards and semantic data models in modern BI platforms (e.g., Domo, Omni, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Extract, clean, model, and analyze complex datasets originating from cloud applications, primarily CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) platforms.
• Partner directly with US Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and deliver self-service analytics.
• Implement automated data quality checks, maintain comprehensive dbt documentation, and ensure a single source of truth across all core business metrics.
• Document data architecture, model logic, and audit findings to support scalable reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses (such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Databricks), including writing optimized SQL, performance tuning, and understanding data warehouse architecture.
• Proven proficiency with dbt (data build tool) for version-controlled data modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Advanced SQL mastery for writing complex, performant queries.
• Proven experience constructing semantic layers and visualizations in modern BI tools (Domo, Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Prior experience modeling and analyzing schema structures from major CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, or comparable enterprise systems).
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to present insights directly to US stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Git workflows and command-line interfaces (CLI).
• Exposure to predictive analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), or machine learning (ML) frameworks.
• Experience working with healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions data models.
