Job summary

McKinsey & Company, Inc. is seeking a data engineering/analytics professional within SHaPE to design and deliver interactive dashboards and data solutions for healthcare clients.

You will work with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate client needs into scalable data models and visualizations, leveraging Generative AI to accelerate delivery and insights. You will contribute to building data pipelines, applying modern platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years building data-intensive apps with Python; strong SQL skills.
• 2+ years designing dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake for data processing and analytics.
• Exposure to Generative AI and NLP, a plus.
• Strong software development practices: Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile.
• Willingness to travel (<10%).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication.
