Qualifications

• At least 2 years in healthcare benefits, insurance operations, prior authorization, utilization management, healthcare support, research, or another detail-intensive role.
• Comfortable reviewing healthcare coverage information and plan criteria.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to conduct detailed online research and verify information across sources.
• Comfortable contacting U.S. organizations for factual verification.
• Able to document decisions clearly and escalate uncertainty.
• Available for onsite night-shift work in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Benefits & Coverage Research: Review health-plan documents and coverage information.
• Provider & Network Checks: Verify doctors, facilities, and provider locations against the applicable plan.
• Medication Coverage: Research prescription medications against plan formularies and restrictions.
• Case Verification & Documentation: Contact U.S. carriers or provider offices and document findings clearly.
