• Strong regulatory reporting and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as US GAAP expert for Shell's US businesses and entities.
• Provide interpretations for complex transactions and regulatory developments.
• Monitor emerging standards and drive timely implementation.
• Lead the US GAAP knowledge network across finance community.
• Support governance, reporting and leadership decision-making.
• Ensure robust controls and adherence to reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities.
• Drive reporting, controllership and governance improvements via digital solutions.
• Coach and mentor finance professionals to build US GAAP expertise.
