Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and regulatory reporting for the Americas and Asia across Shell entities.
• Manage Local Statutory Reporting (LSR) and US/Local GAAP specialists with governance oversight.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous process improvement and climate/sustainability reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors and regulators; provide insightful financial analysis.
• Support business decisions with robust accounting judgments and risk mitigation.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls.
