Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification with strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in US GAAP and external audit is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate with CFOs, boards, and audit committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of group financial returns and local statutory reporting.
• Strengthen financial governance, risk, and internal controls (ICFR).
• Oversee external reporting, liaise with auditors and regulators.
• Support transformation, automation, and data-driven decision making.
