Onsite Makati work is required in the first year, with night shifts and hybrid flexibility considered thereafter. You should have 3+ years in accounting, strong Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite to ensure timely, reliable outputs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to US accounting and client-facing services.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Onsite work in Makati required for the 1st year; night shift required.

• Assist day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close support, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain workpapers, schedules, and documentation for client deliverables.
• Support preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other outputs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain awareness of accounting standards and client requirements.
