Emapta Philippines is seeking a seasoned Financial Accountant to own critical financial reporting, reconciliations, and HOA accounts within our global client framework. You will collaborate with U.S.

and international stakeholders to ensure accurate books and strong internal controls. The role requires 3+ years of experience, CPA preferred, and the ability to work in a hybrid Baguio environment with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or related role.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with member companies' accounting departments to reconcile and report HOA and corporate accounts.
• Engage with key stakeholders, association boards, and unit owners to address inquiries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support new client onboarding, including system setup and process alignment.
