Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Manila. You will support daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance efforts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of accounting experience, and strong knowledge of US GAAP. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks or NetSuite is required, with willingness to work onsite on a fixed night shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in US GAAP.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting accuracy.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and provide support during audits.
