Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional accounting experience, including 3+ years US accounting.
• Hands-on US payroll experience including deductions and payroll taxes.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate US GAAP-compliant financial records and post journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close with proper accruals and cut-offs.
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, AR, and other GL accounts.
• Process US payroll and ensure tax compliance and timely payments.
• Support audits, tax coordination, and management reporting.
