Pride Global in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an experienced US Credentialing Support Lead / Contractor Care Lead to oversee the end-to-end contractor experience onsite, with initial onsite training and subsequent hybrid work.

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused US Credentialing Support Lead / Contractor Care Lead to join our team onsite in Makati.
The Lead will oversee the end-to-end contractor experience for our US-based contingent healthcare workforce, ensuring successful onboarding, assignment management, credential compliance, engagement, and offboarding.
This role will serve as a key point of escalation for contractor concerns while partnering closely with internal teams to resolve issues, improve operational processes, and enhance the overall contractor experience. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and support to the credentialing and contractor care team, helping drive service quality, compliance, and performance.
Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the Credentialing Support / Contractor Care team.
Monitor team performance, workload, service levels, and quality of contractor support.
Serve as the escalation point for complex contractor, credentialing, assignment, payroll, benefits, HR, and employee relations concerns.
Coach team members on effective communication, issue resolution, compliance, and contractor engagement.
Help establish and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and contractor satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to address recurring issues and improve the overall workforce experience.
Review healthcare providers’ educational background, licensure, certifications, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards, including Joint Commission requirements.
Oversee credential tracking, expiration dates, renewals, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Ensure timely follow-up on expiring credentials and annual compliance requirements.
Monitor and support continuing education, training, and other ongoing credentialing requirements.
Partner with credentialing, recruiting, compliance, and operations teams to resolve documentation or compliance issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee and credentialing records.
3+ years of experience in US employee support, contractor care, credentialing, staffing, healthcare staffing, or assignment management.
Previous experience in a lead, senior, supervisory, or team-coaching capacity is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing or contingent workforce environment.
Experience managing employee or contractor concerns across multiple stages of the assignment lifecycle.
Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with credentialing, licensing, certifications, and healthcare compliance requirements is preferred.
