Job summary

MetHealth in Pasig is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a healthcare services squad delivering accurate patient care and efficient service delivery in a US Healthcare BPO environment. The role requires 2–3 years of team leadership, strong communication, and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach; onsite in Ortigas with opportunities to optimize billing processes and KPIs.

You will coordinate daily workflows, coach staff, conduct evaluations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive productivity

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO handling a US Healthcare account
• Experience in Hospital Billing Audit is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
