Job Description
- Lead and develop a newly formed compliance team based in Manila
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for compliance team members
- Support and oversee compliance activities related to U.S. healthcare regulations
- Ensure proper handling of confidential information and adherence to data privacy requirements
- Partner with U.S.-based compliance stakeholders and business leaders
- Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements
- Support audits, monitoring activities, investigations, and compliance reporting
- Promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and regulatory awareness
- Assist in implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures across the organization
The Successful Applicant
- Amenable to work night shift and hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) *after initial on-site training of 3 months at BGC Office
- Proven experience in U.S. Healthcare Compliance is a non-negotiable (not less than 5 years)
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and confidential information management
- Experienced in managing teams, or leading compliance-related projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare shared services, GBS, BPO, or healthcare operations supporting U.S. clients is highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders
