Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large Philippines-based healthcare-focused organization to recruit a head of compliance. The role involves leading a newly formed Manila-based team, driving regulatory adherence for U.S. healthcare regulations, and shaping a robust data privacy program within a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of U.S. healthcare compliance experience, strong privacy knowledge, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Compliance.
• Experience leading compliance teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and confidential information handling.
• Amenable to night shift and hybrid work arrangement after initial on-site training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting U.S. clients in healthcare shared services, GBS, BPO, or similar.
• Ability to coordinate with both local and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a newly formed compliance team based in Manila.

• Proven experience in U.S. Healthcare Compliance is a non-negotiable (not less than 5 years)


• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and confidential information management


• Experienced in managing teams, or leading compliance-related projects


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Experience in healthcare shared services, GBS, BPO, or healthcare operations supporting U.S. clients is highly preferred


• Ability to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders
