Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a US Benefit Administration Specialist to provide Tier 2 support for comprehensive benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and related spending accounts.

The role partners with a third-party vendor to assist employees, managers, and HR on eligibility, elections, deductions, and benefit events. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in HR/benefits administration, with experience in US leave administration (FMLA, LOA) and ERISA-related programs.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in HR, benefits administration, and US State Benefit Leaves Administration experience.
• Has experience in managing various employee LOA cases, including Short-Term Disability, FMLA, state medical leave, unpaid LOA, and unique cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support to the Company benefits department across programs (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, voluntary plans).
• Coordinate with our 3rd party benefit administration vendor to support employees, their manager and/or HR on issues or inquires related to benefit eligibility, coverage elections, benefit deductions, coverage verification, qualifying life events, etc.
• Assist with US leave administration and regulatory inquiries as needed.
