Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding of property features, market positioning, and investment considerations.
• Knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including familiarity with condominium and housing developments and buyer preferences.
• Sales skills such as lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and working toward defined sales targets.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of Megaworld projects, market trends, and financing options, as well as preparing basic sales documentation and reports. The Property Specialist will collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
