Requirements

• Must have completed at least 2nd year of college or hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in any of the following:
• Policy management, claims processing, or customer service accounts (preferably within medical or travel insurance services);OR
• Travel Insurance or Travel Assistance accounts
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Solid understanding of policies and product knowledge
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
• Proficient in system navigation and coordinating with other departments
• Strong customer focus and collaborative/team-oriented approach
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Open to upskilling and cross-training to support other Lines of Business (LOBs) based on operational requirements
