Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed CPA to lead end-to-end accounting operations in a hybrid setup in Makati. The role includes tax filing, treasury management, and financial reporting to support audits and budgeting.

You will work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home, with responsibilities covering G/L, month-end closing, payroll, and statutory compliance in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed CPA.
• With 5 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, BIR, SEC, and local government compliance.
• With 5 years of experience in financial reporting, treasury management, and external audits.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP, and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule under a hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle banking transactions, intercompany funding, USD-to-PHP currency conversions, and supplier payments.
