Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an urgent Facility Manager for an onsite role in Metro Manila. The position requires leadership to plan, schedule, and supervise a team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to environmental sanitation standards across facilities.

The candidate should have a engineering degree (licensed), strong managerial and communication skills, and extensive vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Licensed).
• Proficiency in managerial, communication skills.
• External: Well versed on dealing with vendors
• Internal: Management teams and Executive Staffs , All levels in the organization; other sites
• More than 5-10 years in same/related field
• Plans, schedules, supervises and monitors activities and work assignments of subordinates to maximize manpower utilization
• Assists the Senior Manager in the supervision, maintenance and implementation of extensive monitoring programs on environmental sanitation to attain plant and government standards
