The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing facility
maintenance activities to ensure company structures, utilities, and support systems remain safe,
reliable, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards. Leading preventive and corrective
maintenance, building repairs, and contractor projects, this position manages work orders,
schedules, budgets, and facility conditions while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
and external service providers.
Facility Maintenance: Supervise daily civil, structural, roofing, plumbing, and drainage repairs.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement PM programs to prevent major facility failures.
Project Management: Plan and monitor building renovations, expansions, and technical scopes of work.
Contractor Management: Coordinate with service providers and ensure compliance with safety and GMP/GWP guidelines.
Budget & Resources: Prepare cost estimates, monitor maintenance budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Audits: Support internal, safety, and regulatory audits while maintaining strict documentation.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop the building maintenance staff while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Education: Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or any related engineering course.
License: Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction operations.
Technical Skills: Strong background in general facility maintenance, cost estimation, project management, and MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
