Job summary

Global Healthcare Resource Philippines Inc. is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily Medical Billing operations, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality and TAT targets across the team.

You will supervise Team Leaders and SMEs, assist in workforce planning and scheduling, coach staff, resolve client escalations, ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance, and partner with QA, Training and HR to drive process improvements and cost

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing operations or healthcare back-office
• Ability to monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions with Team Leaders and SMEs
• Supervise and guide Team Leaders, SMEs, and Medical Billing Associates
• Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development initiatives
• Assist in managing client concerns, escalations, and operational requests
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS, and client-specific policy compliance
• Partner with QA, Training, WFM, HR and other teams to address needs
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for productivity and cost efficiency
• Support new client transitions and process changes
• Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to the Operations Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions with Team Leaders and SMEs
• Supervise and provide guidance to Team Leaders, SMEs, and Medical Billing Associates
• Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure adequate operational coverage
• Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development initiatives to drive engagement and retention
• Assist in managing client concerns, escalations, and operational requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, company policies, and client-specific requirements
• Partner with QA, Training, Workforce Management, HR, and other support teams to address operational and performance needs
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost efficiency
• Support new client transitions, process changes, and implementation of operational initiatives
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations to the Operations Manager
