Job summary

Global Healthcare Resource Philippines Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our healthcare accounts receivable team from our Alabang office in Muntinlupa City.

This role drives operational excellence and ensures compliant, efficient service delivery to clients and patients. You will oversee staffing, performance metrics, and process improvements while mentoring call centre staff to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Essential healthcare AR experience with required compliance knowledge.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in call centre or customer service.
• Understanding of healthcare billing cycles and related processes.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making based on KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Commitment to high-quality patient and client service.
• Experience with call centre CRM and healthcare AR platforms.
• Strategic thinking with ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Meticulous documentation and regulatory compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of AR team ensuring regulatory compliance.
