Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Unit Manager for its Dagupan Pangasinan branch to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role focuses on managing operations, recruiting and developing staff, and achieving aggressive sales targets to grow client base and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience in financial services, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of local regulatory contexts, along with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of local/regional financial services landscape, including products and regulations.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams with coaching skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities with a history of hitting targets.
• Adaptable and innovative with ability to implement data-driven solutions.
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required as the minimum education qualification.
