The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience in financial services, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of local regulatory contexts, along with excellent communication

• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Seeking an exceptional Unit Manager to join the thriving team at AXA Philippines' Dagupan Pangasinan branch.
