Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation in Makati invites an experienced Underwriting Manager to lead our Broker & Speciality Lines underwriting team. You will blend technical underwriting expertise, people leadership, and commercial partnership to drive sound decisions and profitable growth.

Based at Eurovilla Makati City with a Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 am–5:00 pm, 80% return-to-office), you will oversee a six-person underwriting team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with sales.
