Job summary

OceanaGold Corporation seeks a Consultant – Maintenance (Underground Maintenance) for the Didipio mine located in the Philippines. The role leads underground maintenance of mobile and fixed plant, implements work management processes, and develops maintenance programs to maximize plant reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a superintendent.
• Post trade studies in Engineering or Asset and Maintenance Management (preferred).
• Educational background in Heavy Equipment/Auto Electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground mobile and fixed plant maintenance activities based on plans and strategies.
• Coach and develop supervisors and technicians through in-field reviews.
• Review maintenance plans for resource allocation and timeframes.
• Review PM Tasks/strategies in CMMS for accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure work is completed within scheduled timeframes and perform root cause analyses.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and contribute to apprenticeship and leadership development.
