Job summary

Industri-X Maintenance Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Site Leader for the Didipio Mine to drive safe, efficient, and profitable underground operations, including ventilation, dewatering, and infrastructure support.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with the client to meet contract performance. This senior role covers budgeting, scheduling, KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mining, heavy industry, construction or maintenance with supervisory/management experience.
• Experience managing underground mining service contracts, maintenance ops, civil works or similar projects.
• Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Project Management or relevant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and equipment.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract admin and resource planning.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong safety leadership and understanding of underground mining risks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Possess driver’s license and ability to drive manual vehicles.
• Able to meet underground mine medical and site-access requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements and underground mining regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational, safety, personnel and commercial issues.

Job description

Reporting to Senior Management, you will have overall responsibility for site operations and contract performance at the Didipio Mine in the Philippines. This is a senior site leadership position responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of underground operations, including workforce management, maintenance activities, civil works, dewatering, ventilation and underground infrastructure support.

Key responsibilities

Leading and managing multidisciplinary underground crews, supervisors, tradespeople and support personnel

Managing safety, productivity, quality, costs and overall contract performance

Planning and coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors and site resources

Managing budgets, scheduling, cost control, KPIs and operational reporting

Coordinating underground services including ventilation, dewatering, civil works, maintenance and infrastructure support

Managing heavy mobile equipment, underground light vehicles and auxiliary equipment maintenance activities

Maintaining strong relationships with the client and acting as the primary contact for operational and contractual matters

Ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements and underground mining regulations

Identifying and resolving operational, safety, personnel and commercial issues

About you

Minimum 10 years' experience in mining, heavy industry, construction or maintenance, including significant supervisory/management experience

Demonstrated experience managing underground mining service contracts, maintenance operations, civil works or similar projects

Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Project Management or relevant trade/tertiary qualifications

Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and equipment

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration and resource planning

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships

Strong safety leadership and understanding of underground mining risks

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Current unrestricted driver's license and ability to drive manual vehicles

Ability to meet underground mine medical and site-access requirements
