Job summary

Cayañga, Zuñiga, Camacho & Boncodin in Makati invites applications for an associate with a Juris Doctor and strong communication skills to join its corporate law practice.

Responsibilities include researching jurisprudence, assisting lawyers with contracts and legal opinions, and liaising with government agencies. 2026 Bar examinees are welcome to apply; salary is commensurate with experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Holder of Juris Doctor degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly adaptable.
• Relevant job experience is an advantage, but 2026 Bar examinees are welcome to apply.

• Assisting lawyers in the preparation and/or review of contracts, legal opinions and other legal documents, liaising with various Government agencies and private entities;

Established on 21 April 1988, Cayañga, Zuñiga, Camacho & Boncodin (formerly Cayañga, Zuñiga & Angel) is engaged in corporate law practice, including establishment of corporations, formation of local branches of foreign corporations, servicing the day-to-day legal requirements of its clients, including contract reviews and reportorial requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission and other agencies. The firm also handles special projects ranging from corporate restructuring to loan syndication, debt buy-outs, mergers, and corporate recoveries. Other practice areas include family law/estate planning, labor relations, and intellectual property. The firm is also the retained legal counsel of various condominium corporations (unit owners' associations) in Metro Manila.
