Bernaldo & Casasola Law Offices invites five dedicated lawyers to join our Makati City team. This on-site role focuses on disputes, contract review, opinions, pleadings, and court representation within a full-service law practice.

We seek bar-admitted lawyers with 0–1 year of relevant experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset. CPA-lawyers are a priority. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional development are offered.

About the role

Join BERNALDO & CASASOLA LAW OFFICES, a full-fledged law firm with 28 years of expertise helping multinational and local clients in various areas of legal practices and tax services.

We are opening five (5) additional slots for this role.

Our Work Setup and Environment:

• Based in the Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Daily on-site work
• Primarily office-based with on-site client visits as required

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions on disputes and concerns
• Review contracts, prepare and submit opinions, pleadings, and motions
• Attend court hearings to represent clients
• Attend meetings with clients
• Provide support to the firms of RSBGC
• Demonstrate strong skills in presentation, public speaking, reporting, communication, and negotiation
• Manage stakeholders effectively

About you

• Bar passer and admitted to the practice of law
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in legal service
