BERNALDO & CASASOLA LAW OFFICES in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is hiring five on-site associates. The role involves providing legal advice, reviewing contracts, drafting opinions, and representing clients in court. Daily on-site work and client meetings are expected.

Ideal candidates have Bar admission and 0–1 year of relevant experience, with strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, plus a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bar passer and admitted to the practice of law.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in legal service.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory laws.
• Strong skills in presentation, public speaking, reporting, communication, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions on disputes and concerns.
• Review contracts, prepare and submit opinions, pleadings, and motions.
• Attend court hearings to represent clients.
• Attend meetings with clients.
• Provide support to the firms of RSBGC.
• Demonstrate strong skills in presentation, public speaking, reporting, communication, and negotiation.

Our Work Setup and Environment:

• Based in the Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Daily on-site work
• Primarily office-based with on-site client visits as required

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions on disputes and concerns
• Review contracts, prepare and submit opinions, pleadings, and motions
• Attend court hearings to represent clients
• Attend meetings with clients
• Provide support to the firms of RSBGC

About you
