Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a UKG Workforce Central Administrator to support the HRIS team through administering, configuring, and maintaining workforce management processes in UKG Workforce Central.

This role focuses on roster setup, scheduling, data integrity, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Operations, and HRIS stakeholders to ensure workforce data and system configurations align with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring UKG Workforce Central (Kronos).
• Experience building and updating rosters directly within UKG Workforce Central.
• Experience supporting Workforce Management and Time & Attendance functions.
• Understanding of workforce scheduling concepts and roster administration.
• Experience managing workforce data and employee schedule updates.
• Strong troubleshooting and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update employee rosters within UKG Workforce Central.
• Configure and maintain workforce scheduling components within UKG.
• Support workforce management processes including schedule maintenance and data updates.
• Maintain employee schedule assignments and workforce structures within the system.
• Troubleshoot workforce management issues and provide system support to users.
• Manage workflow requests and support activities within SLAs.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with testing and implementation of enhancements and changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and HRIS stakeholders.
