Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in implementing UKG PRO WFM.
• Experience in training end-users and conducting system workshops.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll integration, and time & attendance modules.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions or UKG Ready is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving in WFM implementations.
• Excellent communication and ability to train/end-user workshops.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll integration, and time & attendance modules is a plus.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a Hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling Solution Consultant would be:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG PRO WFM, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support during system integration and deployment.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless implementation.
• Train end-users and administrators on UKG PRO WFM functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
• Optimize workforce scheduling strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Assist clients in data migration, system customization, and reporting functionalities.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including IT, HR, and payroll, to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Stay updated with UKG software updates, new features, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in implementing UKG PRO WFM, with a focus on Advanced Scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management principles, scheduling optimization, and labor compliance.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready, or other UKG workforce management solutions.
