Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a Systems Engineer (UKG) to own the UKG platform architecture, integrations, and data interfaces across HR, Payroll, and IT. You will design, develop, and maintain middleware and API connections to deliver scalable, reliable data exchanges and automation.

You will collaborate with the HRIS Owner, HR, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, implement platform upgrades, and provide production support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between UKG and enterprise applications.
• Serve as the technical owner of all inbound and outbound UKG data interfaces.
• Develop and support API, SFTP, file-based, middleware, and web service integrations.
• Evaluate and recommend integration approaches that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Create reusable integration frameworks and technical standards.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface failures, data transmission errors, and synchronization issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration incidents and implement preventative solutions.
• Validate data movement across systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Establish proactive monitoring and alerting for critical interfaces.
• Partner with infrastructure and application teams to identify and resolve technical dependencies.
• Support technical design and delivery of UKG-related enhancements, implementations, and platform upgrades.

Position Summary

The Systems Engineer (UKG) serves as the technical owner of the UKG platform within Corporate Systems and is responsible for the architecture, development, maintenance, and support of UKG integrations, interfaces, and connected applications.

This role partners closely with the HRIS Owner, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver scalable technical solutions that support business processes across the employee lifecycle. While the HRIS Owner maintains responsibility for HR business processes, system configuration decisions, and platform governance, the Systems Engineer partners closely with HRIS owner for the technical design, implementation, support, and optimization of system integrations and data exchanges.

The ideal candidate combines strong integration engineering expertise with enterprise application experience and a passion for automation, data integrity, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Development

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between UKG and enterprise applications.

• Direct experience supporting UKG Pro Modules: Benefits, Pay & People Center, Document Manager, & People Assist.
• Experience with SQL, data mapping, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience supporting Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Timekeeping, or other HR applications.
• Understanding identity management and employee lifecycle data flows.

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

• Stable internet connection, preferably at least 50Mbps and have back up internet connection
• Headset and video camera for video calls/ online meetings
