Accenture Philippines is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to drive business and technology outcomes across assigned programs and services in Manila and Cebu. You will lead delivery, apply standard PM tools, methodologies, and processes to plan, monitor, and control activities, and report progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM leadership experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget across enterprise

Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools and software.
• Solid understanding of business and technology outcomes, with the ability to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering programs, projects, or contracted services on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
• Experience in managing and controlling service level agreements.
• Proficient in UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management principles and software support methodologies.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proficient in documenting technical solutions and support procedures.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Program and Project Management or a related field.
• This position is based in Manila and Cebu.
