Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Website Manager to oversee the client’s website portfolio across brands. You will coordinate updates, ensure brand consistency, and own website performance and health, aligning with marketing campaigns and business goals.

You will design and implement testing strategies (A/B, UAT, QA), monitor key metrics, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership. The role supports a hybrid work setup in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Website Management experience.
• Advanced to expert HubSpot CMS (CMS Hub) skills.
• Experience managing multiple websites/portfolios.
• Hands-on with testing: A/B, UAT, QA.
• Collaboration with marketing for campaigns.
• Proficient in website analytics & reporting.
• Strong UX, governance, accessibility, brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Translate business needs into web solutions; coordinate with tech teams.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client’s websites and sub-brand sites.
• Coordinate updates, content changes, and enhancement initiatives.
• Own website performance, functionality, content, and health.
• Partner with marketing to support campaign website requirements.
• Design and manage testing frameworks (A/B, UAT, QA).
• Monitor performance metrics: uptime, speed, UX, conversions.
• Analyze data and create performance reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for website improvements and development.
• Manage internal/external web development resources for projects.
• Ensure branding, governance, and best practices across sites.
• Prioritize and maintain the website roadmap aligned to business goals.
