MicroSourcing is seeking a Web & HubSpot CMS Developer to design, build, and optimize our web properties and marketing assets within the HubSpot ecosystem. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to drive lead generation and conversion optimization.

The role requires strong front-end development skills, HubSpot platform administration, and a track record of delivering high-quality, performance-oriented web experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web development or HubSpot marketing technology.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to build and manage sites, landing pages, forms, templates, and modules within HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize HubSpot-based websites and landing pages.
• Create and manage HubSpot forms and templates for lead capture and marketing workflows.
• Develop responsive pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and Design Manager.
• Support HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and automation processes.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals across properties.
