Job summary

Tiger Global Business Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Partner Services Manager to support a UK-based legal and operations team in managing client cases with a focus on timely document collection and verification.

You will act as the primary liaison for UK stakeholders, ensure service levels are met, and translate UK requirements into actionable tasks for the offshore team while upholding high standards of customer experience and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Partner Services, Client Relationship, or Account Management.
• Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable with UK leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making for escalations.
• Professionalism with high emotional intelligence; available UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for UK-based stakeholders and conduct regular reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance.
• Translate UK requirements into actionable tasks for the local team.
• Identify friction points and implement solutions to maintain partner satisfaction.
• Evaluate workflows and suggest improvements to add value.
• Onboard and integrate new projects into the offshore team.
