Job summary

A leading outsourcing organization in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, connect top talent with opportunities, and support continuous improvements in recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills. This is an onsite role in Alabang during UK hours with various benefits including HMO coverage and paid leave.

Reporting Line
