Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role.
• Preferably 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, case procedures, and UK legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of paralegals handling UK cases.
• Oversee daily task allocation, productivity, and quality of work.
• Assist UK solicitors with complex case management matters.
• Review, edit, and verify accuracy of legal documents and correspondence created by the team.
• Ensure best practices in case file management, document organisation, and record systems.
• Conduct advanced legal research and guide the team on UK-specific requirements.
• Liaise professionally with UK clients, solicitors, courts, and third parties.
• Monitor deadlines, case milestones, and ensure timely completion of team deliverables.
• Supervise or prepare comprehensive document bundles for UK hearings and submissions.
• Manage escalations, facilitate training, and drive continuous process improvements.
