Job summary

Tiger Global is seeking a Customer Service / Legal Documents Chasing Officer to support a UK-based client team. The role focuses on proactive follow-ups for outstanding legal documents, onboarding calls, and meticulous record-keeping in CRM systems.

Work is structured around UK business hours with a hybrid on-site setup in Alabang. The successful candidate will excel in communication, organization, and process-driven environments, ensuring timely progression of cases and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Experience chasing information or documents in a professional setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Confident using IT systems, email, and CRM or case management tools.
• Amenable to onsite or hybrid work setup in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, admin teams, and the call centre regarding outstanding documentation.
• Proactively follow up with clients for required documents via phone, email, and approved channels.
• Explain document requirements, formats, and submission timelines clearly.
• Provide accurate updates on case progress and handle queries professionally.
• Monitor case files for missing documents and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct onboarding calls and verify client details with solicitors.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM/case management systems and escalate as needed.
