Lexie in Manila is seeking a customer service professional to provide exceptional support on financial products and services. On-site role requires 1–3 years of experience and a high school diploma, with the ability to handle inquiries about accounts, transactions, and product features.

You will document interactions accurately, stay updated on company policies and regulations, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
