Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Financial Advisor for the UK Financial Collections account. This 100% onsite role is based at Eton Centris, Quezon City, with shifting schedules to match UK time and a salary of up to PHP 50,900.

The successful candidate will bring 4–5 years in US/UK banking and collections, leadership in UK recoveries, and experience coaching internal colleagues. They should have a proven ability to support customers in mortgage arrears and handle complex financial matters with

• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience.
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries.
• Proven coaching experience with internal colleagues.
• Experience supporting customers with mortgage arrears.
• Experience with complex financial support, litigation and receivership.
• Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals (nice to have).
• Not a job hopper.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.
• Not a job hopper
