Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and internal audits including risk assessments and audits.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• 1+ years of regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the risk management program for UK/EU licensed entities, including roadmap delivery and escalation of risk.
• Develop risk management framework with policies, procedures, toolkits, and governance documents.
• Meet with external customers and give advice on application of risk management.
• Draft documents, provide leadership with reporting, schedule meetings, and drive remediation.
• Leverage Agentic AI tools and automation to enhance risk analysis and streamline reporting.
