Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, or fintech.
• Experience with at least 1 licensing application or regulatory-readiness project.
• Ability to produce clear guidance and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
• Support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects from scoping to remediation tracking.
• Review AI outputs for regulatory accuracy and evidence support.
• Convert requests into clear scopes, deliverables, and review reports.
• Work with Engineering to build regulatory mappings and templates.
• Escalate high-risk interpretations to senior reviewers or Legal.
