Job summary
Deutsche Bank is seeking a VP/AVP to lead Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime risk assessment across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East and Africa. The role coordinates across country, regional and global teams, driving methodology, data analysis, governance, and quality assurance.
The candidate will deliver regulator-defensible risk outputs, manage stakeholder engagement, and support transformation initiatives with automation and AI-enabled enhancements. English fluency is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime or risk reporting.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment concepts (inherent/control/residual).
- Fluent English communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate risk assessments across jurisdictions and regional offices.
- Guide stakeholders on methodology, standards and governance.
- Deliver data-driven risk insights and management reporting.
- Support governance forums with decision-ready materials.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in risk processes.
